Storage period: Until the completion of the viewing and for 90 days thereafter.

Purpose: Sending reminders and notifications (e.g., via SMS/WhatsApp)

Storage period: Until the viewing is completed.

Purpose: Analytics and performance tracking.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (“legitimate interests pursued by the Controller”)

Storage period: As defined in the applicable cookie policy.

Purpose: Direct marketing (including product updates and offers)

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (“consent of the data subject”)

Storage period: Until the consent is withdrawn.

Purpose: Expression of opinion by a user (e.g. voice message)

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (“consent of the data subject”)

Storage period: Until the consent is withdrawn.

In order to perform a contract and to ensure the proper functioning of the Controller's services, the Controller uses services provided by third parties who work with the Controller. The personal data is transferred to third parties only when and as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Third parties may use the transferred personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the task entrusted to them by the Controller.

The personal data may be transferred to the following recipients who work with the Controller:

• Providers of communication tools (e.g. Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp reminders);
• Providers of technical support and IT infrastructure services (e.g. hosting, analytics, cookies);
• Providers of analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel);
• Providers of administrative, accounting, or development services (as needed).

The personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (which includes the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) to entities such as Google LLC, Meta Platforms, and Twilio Inc., based on adequate legal safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses concerning the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

The personal data may also be transferred outside the EEA when the recipient is located outside the EEA and cooperates with the Controller in the development or provision of services.

No consent to the processing of the personal data is required if, among other things:

• the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract;
• the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject; or
• the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

If a consent is necessary to process personal data (e.g., for marketing or cookies), the Controller will obtain such consent. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.

According to the Regulation, data subjects have the right to:

• Access their personal data;
• Request rectification or correction;
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to processing;
• Exercise the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, please contact the Controller using the email address provided above. We may request additional verification of identity to protect your data.

The rights of the data subject depend on the purpose and legal basis for processing. These rights may be exercised free of charge once every 6 months. If requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Controller may charge a reasonable fee.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
