By accessing or using the Viewly website and platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses Viewly, including both individuals creating viewings and those joining viewings.
• "Viewing" means a scheduled in-person appointment created through the Viewly platform to view a physical item or location.
• "Platform" refers to the Viewly website, application, and associated services.

• Viewly provides a digital tool for creating and managing in-person viewings.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Viewly.
• Users may not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• Users are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information when creating or joining a viewing.
• Users must not upload illegal, misleading, or harmful content (including voice recordings, images, or text).
• Users agree not to misuse Viewly for spam, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the Service or harms others.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and store your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

By using Viewly, you agree that we may send you service-related communications (e.g., confirmations, reminders) via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, as applicable. Marketing communications will only be sent with your explicit consent.

All intellectual property rights in the Viewly platform, including software, branding, and content, belong to Viewly or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Viewly content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Viewly may integrate with third-party tools and services (e.g., Twilio, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for any third-party services or content accessed through our platform.

Users who create viewings or manage data through Viewly must secure their access credentials. Viewly is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or misuse the Service.

Viewly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an update on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, depending on the applicable entity. Disputes will be resolved by the courts with appropriate jurisdiction over the Controller's legal seat.
